  • In winlink create a new message and from the top select “Select Template”
  • Expand Standard Forms
    • Under Standard forms you will find ICS USA Forms or Radiogram & RRI Forms
    • Under ICS USA Forms
      • You will find ICS213 General Message.txt
    • Under Radiogram & RRI Forms
      • You will find
        • Radiogram.txt
        • RRI ICS213 Radiogram.txt
    • These forms will open a browser window and you can fill in all the fields and Submit the form.
    • IT will include the form information as an attachment to your message. Make sure the To: field is correctly filled out in your message. The form may not automatically fill in that field.
